Since then, the services of 3 Mobile has spread in the major cities of Australia that includes Sydney, Perth, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, and the Gold Coast. 3 is currently rendering its services to more than half of Australia's population.

The multimedia features of 3 Mobile include mobile broadband, voice call, video call, SMS, MMS, voice mail, email, instant messaging, X series, music tracks, mutliplayer mobile phone games, and mobile TV.
3 Mobile Phone Skypephone Feature
3 Mobile started a partnership with Skype in order to develop mobile phones that features a combination of the amazing features of UTMS handsets and Skype software. 3 Mobile and Skype introduced the Skypephone in November 2007. The Skypephone features free voice calls from 3 Mobile and free instant messages from Skype. It is available in Australia, Denmark, Sweden, Italy, United Kingdom, Ireland, and Austria. The Skypephone will be introduced soon in Hong Kong and Macau.

The mobile broadband offering from 3 Mobile is called the 3 X-Series. It features phone calls, text messaging, broadband services, and Internet access. The 3 X-Series allows 3 Mobile customers to watch television via Sling and to use personal computers via Orb. It also allows instant messaging through Yahoo!, Google Chat, and Windows Live Messenger.

3 Like Home is a 3 Mobile service that allows the use of any 3-branded network, except 3 Indonesia, without paying for any additional roaming charges. The overseas fees for the voice, data, and messaging services used by 3 Like Home subscribers are the same as the network fees charged by their home network. The 3 Like Home service also allows their customers to use their free or inclusive allowances and bundles even while they are abroad.
