Answering Services
Aside from Voicemail and Missed Call Services, Optus Mobile also offers two more exclusive answering services: the SurePage and the SureFax. SurePage is a mobile paging service that features a professional operator that answers mobile calls everytime the mobile phone owner is not available to receive the calls. The SurePage operator answers the calls and transmits the messages to the owner in the form of readable text. The mobile phone owner can read through his messages just like a pager. The SureFax is an answering service that gives the owner the power to receive, store, and send faxes even without a fax machine. The SureFax mobile faxing service is linked to the Voicemail service.
