Browsing the Internet on Your Phone
Your ability to browse the internet on your phone depends on three factors. If you want to casually use email like Hotmail or gMail (unlimited email is available for $5), the email data that you send between you phone and the your email server will counted as part of your data /mobile internet plan.
  • You will need to have a mobile data plan (3 call this the X Series), or that you are prepared to 'pay by use'.
  • You will need to be in 3's 3G coverage area (otherwise you will be roaming on Telstra's network).

X-Series Mobile Internet Packs

There are a range of X-Series Mobile Internet Packs available on 3 Mobile offering different data allowances each month. These packs provide access to online services such as news, sport, weather updates, yourRestaurants & yourBars, Mobile Cricket TV, yourTV, yourMovies and Comedy on Planet 3.
